Please read carefully before placing your order.
The woven pieces and swimsuits do not have exchange, since they are pieces made to measure and completely by hand.

We are not responsible for wrong sizes. Before ordering, make sure you choose your correct size — if you have doubts about the measurements, you can contact us in confidence and we will gladly help you choose your size.

We do not refund money. If we receive a wrong piece, we will be granting store credit (for the same amount of the wrong piece) to order another style or the same one. *Subject to availability of thread or fabrics.

If you receive a wrong piece, you do not have to re-send it — you can keep the piece.

Our policy lasts for 5 days once you have received your order. If after those 5 days you do not make any claim about your piece, unfortunately we will not be able to grant you the credit.
