Order must be submitted before 12:00pm EST, Monday–Friday.

For Alaska and Hawaii, delivery may take 10–15 business days. Delivery to US territories and APO/FPO addresses takes three weeks. Gift cards are shipped separately from merchandise.
We are not responsible for the package once it is left in the mail.

Shipments are made every week to all of Puerto Rico and the United States. All our shipments leave from USPS (United States Postal Service).

We are not responsible for wrong addresses. Before completing your purchase, make sure that all your information is correct. If the mail returns your package due to an incorrect address, you must pay for shipment again.

Once your information is confirmed and the purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking number, with which you can make any claim directly to your mail carrier.
